Yuriy Hladych, MSyl – Company Director

After 3 years in military boarding school in Ukraine, Yuriy began as a Security Events and Patrol Officer, advanced to Operations Manager, and now leads a fully established business. With over 20 years in the security industry, he guides our team with a strategic vision, ensuring compliance and quality control. His leadership keeps Ragnar Security at the forefront of industry practices, delivering top-notch service to clients. Yuriy’s skills are recognized by the Security Institute, awarding him full member status and the MSyl designation.
